The next Math Ball is finally just around the corner—we invite you all to join us on May 16.
Doors open at 6:15 PM, and at 6:30 PM there will be a dance class for anyone with little to no dance experience. We’ll also be trying out the “dance buddies” concept—advanced dancers you can ask to dance with or learn new steps and moves from.
How we think the event will be:
🟡 Noise: yellow, music, conversations at normal room volume
🟡 Crowd: yellow, partly narrow, mostly it spreads out
🟠 Interactions: orange, dancing lesson and dance buddies learning dancing and meeting new people, almost only pair dances
🟢 Access: green, with public transport reachable (also at night), central in the city
🟢 Location: green, toilets available, going outside possible, rooms are step-free
🟡 Awareness: yellow, awareness marked by fairy lights
