Next Tuesday the 27h of January at 6 pm there is a Mental Health Group Talk in SR 1.007 about "Self-Worth and Confidence". The rules are explained at the beginning of the Group Talk, so please try to be on time. This group talk will be in English. We aim to create a safe space for you, to either share your experiences, give support to others, or just listen in. Tea, cookies, and some activities will be provided. See you there!
