On Wednesday the 29th of April at 6:15 pm there is a Mental Health Group Talk in SR 1.008 about “Structure and Stress Management”. The Mental Health Group Talks are small get-togethers for students who feel like they are affected by Mental Health issues and want to talk about it. They give you the opportunity to meet other students who might have encountered the same problems as you or struggle with other mental health concerns right now. The rules are explained at the beginning of the Group Talk, so please try to be on time. The Group Talk will be in English. We aim to create a safe space for you, to either share your experiences, give support to others, or just listen in. See you there!
