This event will focus on male perspectives on topics such as mental health, gender equality, the atmosphere in Bonn, and balancing career and family life. But we also want to consider why genuine efforts towards discussing male issues are often overshadowed by misogyny and gender divisiveness and how we can ensure that we work together instead of against each other.

The first part of the event will be a talk by Tamar Grosz, a researcher in gender equality in Physics, who will provide us with data about the current state of gender equality in Germany, with a focus on academia.
For the second part, we have invited Prof. Vygen, Dr. Assing, Dr. Rothgang, Dr. Schubert and Julius Mann to participate in a panel discussion on the topics mentioned above.
