DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday the 15th of July at 6pm there is a Mental Health 
 Group Talk in SR 1.007 about “Unwinding during exams”. The Mental Heal
 th Group Talks are small get-togethers for students who feel like they are
  affected by Mental Health issues and want to talk about it. They give you
  the opportunity to meet other students who might have encountered the sam
 e problems as you or struggle with other mental health concerns right now.
  The rules are explained at the beginning of the Group Talk\, so please tr
 y to be on time. The Group Talk will be in English. We aim to create a saf
 e space for you\, to either share your experiences\, give support to other
 s\, or just listen in. See you there!🍪
